early years
Klara Mikhailovna was born in Leningrad on December 8, 1929. As a child, she really liked films with Lyubov Orlova, the girl also wanted to become an actress. She sang well, during the war she performed in the hospital in front of the soldiers. After school, Rumyanova entered VGIK. She studied with Nikolai Rybnikov, Vadim Zakharchenko, Alla Larionova.
Previously, Clara had a low, strong voice, but in the 2nd year she contracted pneumonia. There was a complication of ligaments, for several months Rumyanova did not speak at all. Then the voice returned, but it became high.
Creative career
After the end of GITIS, the actress began to receive many proposals for filming. In 1954, the famous Pyryev invited her to star in the film "Trial of Loyalty", but Klara refused in a harsh manner. Pyryev became very angry and forbade her to appear on the television studio.
This case turned out to be fatal, Clara did not become the star of the screen. The most famous films with her participation: "Twelve Chairs", "Time Forward!" She did not get the main roles.

During his studies, Nikolai Rybnikov looked after Klara, but relations with him did not work out. Later, Anatoly Chemodurov, an actor who was a friend of Sergei Bondarchuk, became the husband of Rumyanova. In the 60s, Chemodurov was out of work, he began to drink, and the marriage broke up.
For the third time, the actress again tried to start a family, her chosen one was the sea captain. But the husband turned out to be jealous, Clara left him after 3 years. In recent years, the actress remained alone, she had no children.
