Biography
On November 8, 1983, in the city of Moscow, a fair-haired and blue-eyed boy was born, who was named Pavel. His mother worked in medicine at the time, and his dad was a simple driver at a factory. All his life his father Victor was an ardent fan of the football club "Spartak".

After excellent games in such teams as Baltika, Khimki, Shinnik, Tom, he was noticed in the Zenit team and invited to play for them.
Sports career
Zenit paid about 5 million euros for Pavel. For the club, the acquisition of this magnificent striker earned the Cup in the 2008 Russian Premier League championship. Pavel Viktorovich Pogrebnyak also distinguished himself in the Russian Super Cup, scoring two goals. Zenit then won 2-1.
In 2009, the German team Stuttgart bought Pogrebnyak from Zenit for several million euros. In the match against the champion Wolfsburg, the swift Russian brought victory to the German club, earning a penalty. In 2012, Pavel joined the British in the Fulham team, and soon in this club he became the first Russian player to distinguished himself in the opening games of the English Premier League.

After meeting Pavel, Maria devoted her time almost entirely to supporting the sports career of her future husband. The couple signed in 2006, but the wedding celebration was postponed for several years due to all kinds of travel and pressing problems. As a result, the celebration took place only in 2014, and by that time three sons of Pavel and Maria were present at the wedding: Artem, Alexey and Pavel.
