The future agronomist was born on November 30, 1961 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the village of Gusevka, Volgograd Region. My father worked as a general mechanic on the state farm. Mother worked as a milkmaid. The child was taught to work from an early age. Vladimir helped the adults take care of the vegetable garden. Mowed hay. Asked the feed for the cattle. Plotnikov studied well at school. He actively participated in public life. I did sports. When the time came to choose a profession, he decided to get a specialized education at the agronomic faculty of the Volgograd Agricultural Institute.
Professional activity
In 1984 Plotnikov received his diploma and came to work at his native state farm. The young specialist was appointed a seed agronomist. Vladimir Nikolaevich eagerly took up the task he was entrusted with. He skillfully used the knowledge gained at the institute. Before making a responsible decision, I always consulted with experienced workers. Gradually, the indicators of economic activity began to improve. The yield of grain and forage crops has increased. The diet of the dairy herd has improved and milk yields have increased. After some time, Plotnikov was appointed deputy director of the state farm.
When the restructuring of the planned economy on a market basis began, Vladimir Nikolaevich took an active part in these matters. He took a creative approach to solving the assigned tasks. Considering this circumstance and other merits, in 1993 Plotnikov was elected a deputy of the State Duma. Within the walls of the legislative assembly, the deputy had to deal with various issues and projects. The main activity of Plotnikov took place within the framework of the Agrarian Committee. He took an active part in the development of draft laws in the field of the agro-industrial complex.
Recognition and privacy
Plotnikov's career as a politician was developing successfully. For four years he served as chairman of the Agrarian Party of Russia. The famous agrarian has the title of Honorary Professor of the Volgograd Agrarian University.
The deputy's personal life has developed well. Plotnikov is legally married. The husband and wife raised two children - a son and a daughter. In his free time he likes to play football.
