The easiest option for leaving (and, most likely, moving) to Moscow is to enroll in a capital university. Quite often graduates of regional universities and quite experienced specialists leave for Moscow in order to find a more prestigious and financial place of work. There is a certain risk in this, but it is justified: according to statistics, more than half of employers not only willingly take workers from the regions, but generally prefer them, as they consider them more ambitious and hardworking. In addition, regional careerists still ask, on average, a slightly lower salary than Muscovites. If you are one of those, then you should post your resume on job search sites and start looking for a job in Moscow.
