Biography: childhood and adolescence

Artur Sergeevich Sopelnik was born on May 26, 1991 in Dresden. His father was a hereditary military man, and at that time he served in Germany. Arthur lived in Dresden until he was five years old, and then the family moved to Russia.

Before school, Sopelnik was engaged in various sports sections. He showed good results in karate, taekwondo, hockey.

In the first grade, Arthur went to one of the schools in Moscow. Soon he expressed a desire to try himself in acting, and his mother took him to the famous Mel studio, which is located at the theater of the same name. Sopelnik worked in it until the age of 16. His first acting experience was roles in the productions of Scarlet Sails and Romeo and Juliet.

Even at school age, Sopelnik starred in such TV series as "Experts", "Airport". The most ambitious project at that time was shooting in "Kadetstvo", where he got the role of the conqueror of women's hearts, Alexander Trofimov. Due to the heavy workload in this series, Sopielnik had to finish school as an external student.

After school, Arthur entered the legendary "Shchepka" (Shchepkin Theater School). He got on the course of Viktor Korshunov. During his studies at the school, Sopelnik decided to completely suspend filming. Which he did not regret later. In one of the interviews, he noted that then he received not only valuable knowledge, but also fully experienced Shchepkin's education, in particular discipline.

Actor career

After participating in the series "Kadetstvo", suggestions from directors fell on Sopelnik. Many of them he had to reject due to lack of time.

Becoming a student of "Slivers", Arthur, in parallel, got a job at the "Modern" theater. There he played not only in adults, but also in children's productions.

In 2008, Sopelnik got a role in another rather high-rated series of that time "Ranetki". In 2010, he starred in "Kremlin Cadets", which became a sequel to "Kadetstvo".

Arthur has roles in dozens of TV shows, including:

  • "Marina Grove";
  • "Twists of Fate";
  • Fedorov;
  • "Dr. Anna".

In 2014, the series "Fizruk" was released, where Sopelnik played the role of the school macho Anton Borisov, nicknamed "Greyhound". Then the actor was 23 years old, and in the plot he played a 16-year-old tenth grader. After this role, Arthur became even more recognizable. In the same year he was given a role in the sequel to the acclaimed TV series Sword.

Personal life

Arthur Sopelnik is not married. The actor has a girlfriend with whom he is in no hurry to register a relationship. It is known that Arthur's chosen one is called Anastasia. She is studying to be a screenwriter at one of the theater universities. Soplnik quite often uploads photos with his girlfriend on social networks.
