The practice of recent decades shows that talent and creative work do not always give a person satisfaction. And sometimes it leads to a tragic outcome. The fate of Sergei Shevkunenko serves as a vivid confirmation of this thesis.

Short childhood

Boys at all times have loved and will love adventure films. Some even manage to play the main roles in films that the audience likes. Sergei Yuryevich Shevkunenko is one of these lucky ones. The future actor was born on November 20, 1959 in a family of creative intelligentsia. The child's father served as director of one of the creative associations at the Mosfilm film studio. Mother is an actress, she worked here. The boy grew up and was brought up in a favorable environment.

Shevkunenko's biography could have developed in a completely different way, but in early childhood trouble came to the house - his father suddenly died. Sergei was only four years old, and he grieved the loss hard. By this time he had already learned to read and showed interest in books from his home library. In the elementary grades of secondary school he studied well. I always found a common language with classmates. In the courtyard he was considered an informal leader. But by the eighth grade, he lost all interest in learning, which was where his education ended.

Premature glory

Close relatives of Sergei were well acquainted with the leading directors and screenwriters of Soviet cinema. The famous writer Rybakov at that time knew the boy, as they say, from the cradle. When work began on the painting "Dagger", he offered to try the main role of little Shevkunenko, who at that time was fourteen years old. The film received all-Union recognition. Sergei's work was appreciated by the highest standard by both viewers and critics.

As it became clear after a couple of years, universal love did not go to the benefit of the young actor. The film career was still ongoing. The film "Bronze Bird" was released. Shevkunenko brilliantly embodies the image of a young hero on the screen. However, in real life, he appears in a completely different guise. And this guise is dryly outlined in the police protocols. Having dropped out of school after the eighth grade, Sergei could not find a suitable job for himself. Most of the time I spent in the yard with the company of the same restless teenagers.

Private side

Sergey learned from an early age how people from an artistic environment live. He dreamed of a military carter. However, due to the peculiarities of his character, he could not make this dream a reality. In 1976, he received his first sentence for brutally beating a passer-by. The origins of this pathology can be explained by modern psychologists, but this makes it no easier for anyone. The first term was followed by the next "imprisonment" for theft. In prison, he fell ill with acute tuberculosis. After being released, he received medical treatment, but did not take the path of correction.

In his personal life, Sergei Shevkunenko did not experience happiness. In 1989 he married an ordinary girl. However, the husband and wife did not live together for long. The hardened recidivist was again convicted. In his short life, he spent more than fourteen years in prison. Shevkunenko died at the age of 35 from a killer's bullet. Together with him, the killer also shot his mother.
