By his decision, a decree is issued to grant you citizenship. To live in Egypt for 10 years, buy a house there and get a residence visa valid for five years. This visa is easily renewable for another five years.

A faster way to obtain Egyptian citizenship is to marry an Egyptian. Before applying for marriage, you must apply to the Egyptian Minister of the Interior for Egyptian citizenship after two years of marriage.
Step 4
If your relatives were Egyptians and you have evidence of family ties, then the procedure is simplified. For example, your father is Egyptian and you were born in any other country. Then you need to contact the nearest consulate, fill out an application for obtaining Egyptian citizenship in the name of the president. In this case, the production time for your passport will be the same as for Egyptians.
