The prevailing ideas about Siberia and Siberians in many ways do not correspond to the true state of affairs. Mikhail Tarkovsky came to the banks of the Yenisei on a creative trip and stayed for many years.
Starting conditions
Russian poet and writer Mikhail Alexandrovich Tarkovsky was born on October 24, 1958 in an unusual Soviet family. Parents and relatives at that time lived in Moscow. A child with such a surname, by the very fact of his birth, was doomed to be creative. Long-term observations indicate that with a plastic character structure, he could spend most of his life between restaurants and resorts. Some descendants of famous people live their lives this way.
However, Michael received the right upbringing. He was responsible for the surname, which passed to him from his mother and grandfather. At school, the boy studied like everyone else, in threes and fours. Favorite subjects included biology and geography. Tarkovsky was interested in "birds and animals" from childhood. He could easily catch a titmouse in a trap made by his own hands and set her free. After the tenth grade, he entered the Department of Geography and Biology of the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute.
Profession and vocation
In 1991, having received a specialized education, the young specialist left for assignment to the Turukhansk District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Tarkovsky was hired as a field zoologist at the Yenisei Biological Station of the Institute of Ecology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The zoologist monitored the fauna in the area. Mikhail's favorite song for that period was "Migratory Birds Are Flying". A metropolitan resident took a lot of effort to adapt to nature and weather.
Five years later, Tarkovsky moved to the local hunting union, where he was enrolled as a regular hunter. By this time, he knew well how squirrels and sables live when muksun and sterlet go to spawn. This knowledge and skills of survival in the taiga allowed him to meet the current requirements and claims. Local bosses recognized the "Moscow guest" as one of their own. In 1986, Mikhail entered the correspondence department of the Literary Institute. Heredity and creative nature took their toll.
Writer from the taiga
In the short biography of Mikhail Tarkovsky, there is no data on the amount of sable and greasy barrels caught. At the same time, prose and poetical works that were published on the "mainland" are scrupulously listed. As is customary in the literary community, stories, poems and other works are first published on the pages of "thick" magazines. And the next step, if the readers are interested, is printing a book.
Tarkovsky initiated the filming and wrote the script for the television series "Happy People". The next was the documentary "Frozen Time". The novels of the writer "Toyota Cross" and "Frozen Time" caused a special resonance in society. We can say briefly about the writer's personal life - he lives in marriage. Husband and wife try, without empty emotions, to experience all the difficulties presented to them by the harsh nature and decaying society. In the village of Bakhte, where they live, an Orthodox church was recently erected.
