The future popular actor was born on March 17, 1947 in Kiev. The name Aristarchus received in honor of his grandfather: he was a priest; he was shot in 1938.

Aristarchus's parents met during the war. Mom worked in a hospital, was a lieutenant in the medical service. And my father ended up in the infirmary after being wounded. After a while, the young people decided to start a family.

After the war, Livanov's parents worked in the House of Pioneers, where they led a children's circle. They taught children to create dolls. And then they put on children's performances. Aristarkh has a younger brother Igor, who also became a famous actor.

Aristarchus began to dream of an acting profession from about the fifth grade. He enjoyed visiting the studio, which was run by his dad and mom. However, Livanov decided for himself that he would work not in a puppet show, but in a real drama theater.

After graduating from school, Aristarchus left for Leningrad, where he entered the Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography. In 1969 Livanov graduated from the university. He was sent to Volgograd, to the local Theater of the Young Spectator. Subsequently, the actor changed several more theaters. Here are just some of the cities where he worked:

Aristarkh Livanov was married three times. His first and second spouses belonged to the acting environment. The marriage with Olga Kalmykova did not last long. In a marriage with his second wife, Tatyana Anishchenko, Aristarkh Evgenievich had a son, who was named Evgeny.

Livanov's third wife, Larisa, has nothing to do with theater and cinema. She is a professional philologist. The couple have a common daughter. In honor of the actor's mother, she was named Nina. Livanov is a grandfather, his grandson and granddaughter are growing up.

If Livanov has free time, he prefers to spend it hunting or fishing. Communication with nature helps the actor to relax and take a break from the bustle of the city.
