Official activity

Grigory Grabovoi began his career in the 1990s in Uzbekistan. He sold several of his services to the Uzbek Civil Aviation Authority for diagnosing equipment and treating employees using psychic abilities. The total amount of contracts was in the millions. In his projects, Grabovoi acted in several directions at once: science, religions, economics, etc.

In 1995, a psychic healer met with Wanga. The blind clairvoyant Bulgarian kicked him out in disgrace. Many media outlets wrote about this.

Grigory Petrovich arrived in Russia in 1995. Almost immediately after the arrival, the non-profit organization “Grigory Grabovoi Foundation” was registered. Later, the organization was named "DRUGG", which stands for voluntary disseminators of the teachings of Grigory Grabovoi.

Grigory Grabovoi claimed that he was conceived immaculately. Therefore, his father is God, but at the same time he proudly presents himself as Grigory Petrovich.

In 1998, Grigory entered the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, but later he was expelled from the Academy as he did not pass re-registration. In the same year, he received his doctorate at the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences with a specialization in Noospheric Knowledge and Technologies. The RAS Commission for Combating Pseudoscience requested information about Grabovoi from the academies in Italy, Belgium and Bulgaria, since, according to him, he was a member of these academies. The commission received an answer that in these academies they had never heard of Grigory Grabovoi.

Grabovoi did not ignore the Public Academy of Security, Defense and Law Enforcement Issues, becoming its member in 2004. But later, the decision was approved to expel him from the Academy. In 2006, the organization of supporters of Grigory "DRUGG" already had more than 50 regional offices in all parts of Russia. Grabovoi began active political activity and openly announced his intentions to run for president of the Russian Federation.

There is information that Grabovoi's father studied in Uzbekistan at a medical college, specializing as a paramedic. Grigory Petrovich himself is a native of the Kazakh SSR.

In some sources, the name of Grabovoi is written through the letter "O", i.e. Coffin, which is a commonplace typo.

"Help" to the mothers of Beslan

After the tragedy of 2004 in Beslan, Grigory Grabovoi sent several members of the DRUGG party there in order to make a statement on providing his assistance to mothers. For a symbolic payment of 39,500 rubles per child, Grabovoi promised the mothers to resurrect their dead children. According to him, the resurrected children will be completely the same as before death.

Disputes over the possibility of resurrecting the dead led to a split in the organization. Some continued to spread the teachings of Grabovoi, while others united in the Voice of Beslan organization, which openly criticized the activities of Grigory Petrovich and exposed his fraudulent actions.

Criminal prosecution

The criminal prosecution of Grabovoi began in 2006. The prosecutor's office accused him of Article 169, part two, on the facts of “committing actions by him in the implementation of activities related to the offer of services, including the resurrection of the dead and cure of diseases”. He was also accused of fraud for the provision of deliberately impracticable paid services, fraud on an especially large scale, fraud committed by an organized group of persons. Grabovoi's supporters have consistently challenged all charges and court decisions, calling them "political persecution."Grigory Petrovich himself did not admit his guilt on any of the charges. As a result of four years of legal proceedings, Grigory Grabovoi was released on May 21, 2010.
