It was the stage of the Lviv Youth Theater that became for him the arena of acting in his subsequent projects: "City without Love" and "Don Juan".
And then there was the position of the chief director of the Kalinin Youth Theater (1968-1969), the beginning of directing films-performances (since 1968), staging in Moscow, Kiev and Vilnius (early 70s), working as a leading director at the Lithuanian Russian Drama Theater (1970- 1974), the position of chief director of the Student Theater of Moscow State University (1977-1979), productions at the Vilnius Russian Drama Theater (80s).
