Biography
Vernon Wells was born on December 31, 1945 in the Australian city of Rushworth, Victoria. He subsequently received American citizenship. Vernon grew up in the family of Eva Maud, née Jackson, and Michael Wells. In his youth, he studied music. At the age of 14, Vernon played in a band. After graduating from high school, Wells went to college. The actor has a degree in telecommunications. Before his acting career, Vernon worked as a salesman.
Career
In the 1970s, Vernon began acting in theater and television shows such as Murder and Matlock Police, and historical miniseries such as Against the Wind. Also, the future celebrity could be seen in various commercials and in print ads.
