At the end of March 2018, it became known that a Dagestant businessman was detained. In addition to him, other persons were detained - Magomed Magomedov, Artur Maksidov and others. They are accused of fraudulent actions related to large sums of money. The investigation reported that they are suspected of embezzling budget funds that were intended for the construction of facilities. The total amount that Ziyavudin stole is more than 2 billion rubles. All actions with funds took place within the work of the Summa company and now, most likely, they have been withdrawn through offshore companies. Now we are talking about more than 200 organizations. The businessman denies his involvement in fraudulent activities. The entrepreneur said that he does not see anything wrong with the withdrawal of funds through offshore companies, since the Federal Tax Service and the Ministry of Finance are aware of all the movements of funds in his accounts. Thus, he was simply trying to secure funds from sudden US sanctions. The Magomedov brothers face at least 20 years in prison. After the arrest of Magomedov, it became known that in January 2018 he dissolved his marriage with his wife Olga. Perhaps this was done in order to hide part of the property. The investigation proves that the dissolution of the marriage was fictitious, since Magomedova herself could not have acquired this property. The businessman asks not to involve Olga in the investigation, as she is no longer his spouse. Olga Magomedova “went into the shadows”, now she is not so often met at social gatherings as before.
