Ylyakshin Radik Mukharlyamovich is a Russian singer, arranger, composer, soundmaker, also known under the pseudonym Elvin Gray. Performs songs in Bashkir, Tatar and Russian. The media calls the singer “Bashkir Justin Bieber”. Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Alvin Gray's real name is Radik Yullyakshin. Radik was born in Ufa, the capital of Bashkortostan, on May 17, 1989. He lived in a simple family, his father was a carpenter, his mother was a plasterer. His interest in music arose early, already at the age of ten he was happy to learn to play the button accordion and kurai, a Bashkir musical instrument, and soon created his first independent project "DJ NEXT". This is how his career began.
At the age of 17, Radik released his first solo album, "The Most Shulai". And a year later he released another one - "Gummerga berga", where Radik acted as the author of music, performer and producer of his songs. Since Radik was educated at the Bashkir Lyceum, he knows the Bashkir language perfectly. That is why it was not difficult for him to learn the Tatar language.
For four whole years, from 2007 to 2011, Radik worked tirelessly - he toured with concerts in Bashkiria, Tatarstan, Chelyabinsk and Orenburg regions.
Climbing
Immediately after the tour, Radik takes a one-way ticket and ends up in Moscow, which, as you know, does not believe in tears. Probably, that is why Radik plucked up the nerve, found the famous singer Alena Vysotskaya and announced from the doorway that he wanted to sing with her in a duet. The star was, to put it mildly, shocked and yet could not refuse.
Soon the premiere of the video "This is Love" took place, and six months after a little-known singer came to conquer Moscow, Radik returned to Ufa to perform on the same stage with the unique Sofia Rotaru in front of a 100,000-strong audience.
So Radik Yullyakshin turned into Alvin Gray. He came up with a pseudonym himself - "Alvin", because in childhood Radik was teased "chipmunk", and he did not forget it, well, Gray from "Scarlet Sails" has always been his favorite literary hero.
A small accent gives the singer's voice a special uniqueness, gives him that uniqueness, thanks to which we can deeply feel the undoubted talent of the performer. By the way, he is the first performer who came to Russian show business from the national Bashkir stage. Alvin Gray is really a unique case, because he professionally sings in three languages at once.
