Dzhuna Davitashvili (nee Evgenia Sardis) was born in the outback, in a small village called Urmia in the Krasnodar Territory. Her father was an Iranian Yuvash Sardis, who, together with his family, immigrated to the USSR and settled in the Kuban, where he married a Cossack Anna. According to relatives, June's talent came from her father and great-grandmother, who, according to family legend, had the gift of healing.
The family did not live very richly, so Juna had to start working on a collective farm at the age of 13. After finishing eight classes, she left for Rostov and entered the technical school of cinema and television, but did not finish it. The girl continued her education at a medical college and after receiving her diploma, she left to work in Tbilisi for distribution. It was there that she met Viktor Davitashvili, her future husband.
In Tbilisi, Juna became famous as a healer. Influential and famous people began to turn to her. In 1980, the psychic moved to Moscow, where she was invited by the head of the State Planning Committee of the USSR N. Baibakov to treat his wife, whom the doctors could not help. Davitashvili was enrolled as an expert in a departmental polyclinic and hired as a senior researcher at the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics. In a scientific institution, a laboratory was created specifically for the study of the Juna phenomenon. And 9 years later, the State Committee for Inventions and Discoveries issued Juna Davitashvili an author's certificate for healing by "contactless massage", thereby giving her the official title of psychic.
Among the healer's patients at that time were Leonid Brezhnev, Ilya Glazunov, Pope John, Robert de Niro, Federico Fellini, Andrei Tarkovsky. Juna treated Robert Rozhdestvensky, Sofia Rotaru, Arkady Raikin and many others. Juna's phenomenal abilities have been recognized by both the church and the world scientific community.
In the 90s, the clairvoyant became a media person. The psychic, well-known throughout the country, was often invited to television. In addition, Juna was a very versatile person. She performed on stage, wrote poetry, painted pictures.
Personal life
Juna has been married twice. She lived with her first husband, Viktor Davitashvili, in Tbilisi. The couple had a son, Vakhtang, who became the meaning of a woman's life. But the marriage did not last long. The couple broke up after the healer moved to Moscow.
The second marriage lasted only a day. Juna married Igor Matvienko, but the very next morning after the wedding feast, she filed for divorce. A spectacular and extraordinary woman has always enjoyed success with men, she had many fans. But nothing was known about Juna's personal life. It was rumored that after breaking up with Victor, the healer took a vow of celibacy so as not to lose her gift.
Vakhtang, Juna's son, died in 2001. He was injured in a car accident. She tried to heal her only son, but the psychic failed. After this tragedy, Juna stopped accepting patients, believing that her gift of healing had disappeared.
In 2015, Juna Davitashvili died of a stroke and was buried at the Vagankovskoye cemetery.
