"Sunny Circle", "Once upon a time there was a black cat", "Ginger" - these songs still sound and their popularity has not diminished over the years. Hit singer Tamara Miansarova, a wonderful pop singer, rightfully bears the title of Soviet Edith Piaf.
The future People's Artist of Russia was born in March in Ukraine in 1931. They always sang in the Remnev family. My father was a theater artist, and my mother participated in the amateur performances of the plant where she worked.
Years of childhood and adolescence
The girl first appeared on the stage at the age of four. Once a future celebrity won a vocal competition. Her talent was noticed and invited to the Minsk Opera House. The war found the family there.
Tamara studied almost perfectly. The makings of a talented pianist were noticeable from childhood. After graduating from the ten-year music school in Minsk in 1951, the future singer became a student of the piano department of the Moscow Conservatory.
Immediately, the girl found herself in a stellar environment. Among the teachers in the capital were both Shebalin and Sofronitsky. And Oborin himself took Tamara into his class.
During her studies, the student's surname was changed. Despite the excellent inclinations, Eduard Miansarov surpassed Remnev in the game. At one time, he took fourth place at the prestigious world Tchaikovsky competition.
In 1957 she graduated from the vocal department and began work as an accompanist at GITIS. A year later, Miansarova took third place in the All-Union competition of pop artists. Now there was a different kind of music in her life. Tours around the country began, work in the "Music Hall" with a memorable part in the production "When the Stars Are Light Up".
Family and creativity
Family and children for the performer remained in the first place. In 1956, a son, Andrei, was born. The child grew up to be an excellent musician, an excellent arranger, who worked with the best VIAs and soloists of the country. Among them are the famous "Gems". He arranged songs for mom too.
Later, from her third marriage with the administrator Igor Khlebnikov, the singer had a daughter, Ekaterina. In the same year, Miansarova sang in the jazz quartet of Igor Granov.
Even less often she was seen at home. Success awaited the singer everywhere. The charming performer with a magnificent voice, which sounded even better after the conservatory performance, with a strong desire to sing, was instantly remembered by the audience.
Fame came quickly, and the family had to make room. The grandmother raised her son and daughter. Imperceptibly moved into the shadows and spouse. From Eduard Miansarov Tamara was left with only a surname. Andrei always retained affection for his father.
And to the present time, parting with his mother hurts the musician. But Tamara Miansarova had to create and did her biography. She became the first performer of the song about a black cat. And she sang it much better than other modern celebrities.
Thanks to Tamara, Leonid Derbenev became popular. Miansarova caught popular melodies on the radio and immediately wrote down notes. Then she ordered poetry to the poets. The cooperation resulted in Letka-Enka, Charleston, and Hands.
Victories and losses
Starting in 1958, one after another, triumphant tours of the country followed, songs performed by Tamara were heard everywhere. The children were the first to feel the full weight of their mother's fame. In 1962, at the World Festival in Helsinki, the song "Ai-lyuli" made a huge impression on the audience.
The conquered jury awarded the performer a gold medal and first prize. A year later, in Polish Sopot, the sensation was "May there always be sunshine." This performance has become the hallmark of the singer and song.
In Poland, Miansarova instantly became an idol. She starred in a music tape, recorded several discs and constantly received invitations to tour. Each new song became an instant hit.
In 1966, a song marathon took place in socialist countries. The singers were received in turn. Each country conducted a tour where local national songs were performed. Miansarova won four out of six, becoming the winner of a difficult competition. In such a rhythm of life, she simply physically did not have a place for a family.
In 1970, the performer's career went downhill. Invitations to New Year's programs stopped, she appeared on the air less and less. An unspoken ban came from above after the refusal of one of the prominent officials.
The singer even had to leave the Mosconcert and leave the capital. Tamara got a job at the Donetsk Philharmonic. From now on, the performer toured only in Ukraine. The miners' love remained the same. Tamara was even at the BAM in a village under construction in the Ukrainian SSR.
There, in the late seventies, Miansarova performed a song written by local musicians about Urgal near Kosmomolsk-on-Amur, which she had learned an hour before the concert. The orchestra was able to turn on instantly. The applause sounded for a long time. A little earlier, Tamara received the title of Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR.
Living in the present tense
The performer returned to the capital already in the eighties. She failed to achieve the same popularity. However, the skill has increased even more.
The Polish magazine Panorama conducted a survey to determine the most popular singers over the past twenty-five years. As a result, Miansarova got the first place in half with the Beatles. Even Edith Piaf was able to overtake the performer.
Miansarova returned to teaching vocals at GITIS. She has occasionally judged competitions, participated in retro music programs and wrote memoirs. She received the title of People's Artist of Russia in 1996.
The eightieth birthday of the performer passed almost imperceptibly. Even the son did not come to congratulate the mother. He could not find a common language with her last husband, he remembered well all the spouses of the parent.
And the misunderstanding began with the endless tours of Tamara Grigorievna and her rejection of her son's choice of a bride. The dislike was automatically carried over to the grandchildren. Andrei's secondary marriage also got a negative attitude. Rarely visited her mother and Ekaterina, who was injured in a serious accident.
In recent years, the singer, after a serious fracture, could not walk, became blind and experienced financial difficulties. Charitable foundations helped her, not her family. The performer died on June 12, 2017, but her voice remained.
