Instructions

Step 1

Services provided by FSUE Russian Post must comply with the requirements of Federal Law No. 176-FZ of 17.07.1999 “On Postal Communication” and the approved Rules for the provision of postal services. In the event that the service does not comply with the rules and regulations, the person has every right to file a complaint or make a claim to the organization.

Step 2

The client can find out where to go with a complaint about the poor-quality work of the postal employees from the following sources:

- directly at the post office of FSUE "Russian Post" at the stand with posted information "Information about the place of acceptance and consideration of claims";

- by making a free call to the hotline of the inquiry service 8-800-2005-888;

- by writing a message to the email address [email protected].

Step 3

Incorrect service at the post office should be reported to its manager. Discontent, of course, can be expressed orally, but in this case you will be deprived of the opportunity to learn about the punishment measures taken against the offender, and you will not receive an official answer, which can, for example, be appealed. Therefore, it is wiser to file a written complaint in which you must indicate your credentials (name, address for sending a return letter, telephone), and also state the essence of the claim. You can attach copies of documents confirming your words (checks, receipts, etc.) to the appeal. It is not necessary to draw up an appeal in two copies, just make sure that your application receives an incoming registration number. Memorize or write it down.

Step 4

Local leaders do not always respond to complaints about their subordinates, therefore, if there is no response to the application within 30 days, you can contact the head of FSUE Russian Post in the region. The application procedure is similar, however, in the new paper, you will need to indicate both the number of the previous one, and its date, and report the fact of non-receipt of an answer within the time limits established by the law "On work with citizens' appeals".

Step 5

By the way, a complaint can be sent not only by mail, but also through social networks, recently, "postal workers" are actively exploring this space, and therefore quickly respond to all requests.

Step 6

If you need to file a claim related to the search for postal orders and shipments, fill out a standard form, having previously taken it by mail or printed it out from the site https://www.russianpost.ru. Submit a written application to any GPO, regardless of your place of residence, registration, etc., to the head of the department or to the service that deals with claims. Please note that the waiting time for a response depends on the situation and can last up to 2 months.

Step 7

Do not neglect the complaint and suggestion book, which is available in every post office in a place accessible to the client. The statements left in it are transferred to the main post office for consideration and a response. The answer must be sent to the applicant's address and pasted into the book of complaints and suggestions.
