Family, early years
Mikhail Ivanovich was born on January 19, 1937. The family lived in Moscow. Mikhail's early years were not easy. His father fought, was a prisoner of a concentration camp, but he managed to survive. Mikhail's mother was an operating nurse. The elder brother from the age of 13 worked at the factory, and Misha was engaged in household chores.
After graduating from school, Nozhkin began his studies at a construction vocational school, where he received 3 professions at once. Creative biography

In 1964 Nozhkin moved to Moskontsert. After 3 years, he began to work under contracts. Mikhail began to work in cinematography in 1968. His debut was in the film "The Resident's Mistake", the picture was successful.

Personal life
The wife of Mikhail Nikolaevich was Golubina-Nozhkina Larisa, she was in charge of the literary section of the Variety Theater. She is from Tashkent, her father was a Bolshevik, fought against the Basmachs. Larisa studied well, was fond of gymnastics, tennis. After receiving her education, she worked at the Bolshoi Theater, becoming a director.
Then she got a position in the Ministry of Culture, in charge of repertoire policy. Later Nozhkina Larisa and Smirnov-Sokolsky Nikolay created the Variety Theater.
The Nozhkin family was called strong and loving; they lived together for about 45 years. Larisa Lavrentievna is 17 years older than Mikhail Nikolaevich, in 2004 she died. They did not have their own children, but they raised their adopted boy Dmitry, who became an actor. After the death of Larisa, Mikhail Nikolaevich never married.
