The future Soviet actress was born in Moscow on March 19, 1963. Her parents were actress Inna Gulaya and screenwriter Gennady Shpalikov. Dasha's childhood was happy. Parents lived together, loved their daughter. The cult of creativity reigned in the family. Already in childhood, Dasha was interested in the career of an actress. Therefore, the problem of professional choice was not before her.
Daria received her education at VGIK - she studied in the workshop of S. Bondarchuk, graduated from the acting department.
Darya's film debut was the main role in Svetlana Proskurina's "Playground" (1986). Subsequently, the actress starred with Mikhail Schweitzer, Mikhail Ptashuk, Alexander Sokurov, Viktor Turov, Alexander Burtsev.
