Australian actress Mia Wasikowska became famous after playing the role of Alice in the fantasy adventure film Alice in Wonderland (2010). The picture was such a resounding success that the director soon decided to shoot a sequel - the film "Alice Through the Looking Glass" (2016).
Biography
Mia Wasikowska was born in 1989 in Canberra to a family of professional photographers. Her mom is Polish, dad is Australian, besides Mia, they have two more children. From an early age, the future actress dreamed of ballet. She even studied at the ballet studio for seven whole years in parallel with her studies at school.
However, she did not pass a strict selection, but at the age of 15 she received an invitation to act in films. And it changed her life forever.
Film career
First, she starred in Australia in the films "Mayhem on the outskirts", "All Saints", "September" and others. And then she was invited to Hollywood, and she got a personal manager.
