Biography
Donald was born on June 12, 1978 in Tennessee. He graduated from high school and entered the University of London. In 1993, Donald was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphogranulomatosis. Donald recovered successfully and returned to his hometown of Nashville. He was educated at the private university of Belmont.
