Biography
Alya was born on May 22, 1966 in the Starooskolsky village of Shatalovka, Belgorod Region. From 1973 to 1983 she studied at a local high school, after which she entered the Voronezh State University. She successfully graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Voronezh University, received her education in industrial planning. She began her career at the Gubkinsky Research Institute named after V. I. L. D. Shevyakov (1988), who dealt with the problems of the Kursk magnetic anomaly.
Career
After working for five years at the research institute, the young woman in 1993 moved to Sistemservice LLC, which was engaged in the development and implementation of automation systems in production. I decided to master a new specialty for myself - an accountant, for this I attended special courses. For her successful work in 1997, she was recognized as a qualified accountant in various areas of the Institute of PB of Russia under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. In addition, she managed to work in the second position at this enterprise - commercial director, was responsible for the financial component and planning until 2003.
In 1997, she decided to try herself in teaching, came to the Department of Economics as a senior lecturer, while continuing to work at Systemservice. Having worked for several years as a senior teacher of the department, she defended herself as an associate professor, and after a brilliant defense of her dissertation she was awarded the academic degree - candidate of economic sciences.
The year 2004 was marked by a new stage in the creative career of a young scientist - the appointment to the post of deputy. Director of NUST MISIS. As a deputy, she is responsible for economics, finance and continues to teach, hone her knowledge, and apply in practice. He publishes several works, teaching aids in the specialty, which were then introduced in universities in other regions.
In 2008, she published a number of her scientific works, which allowed her to obtain a new scientific degree - Doctor of Economics. For many years of teaching, competence in the field of management, she is appointed director of the Starooskol Technological Institute (branch) of the State Technological University "Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloy".
Without stopping in scientific research, continuing to improve herself, two years later she receives a new title - professor. And since 2012, he has become a deputy rector, at the same time performing the duties of the manager of this university.
In May 2013, she becomes the full-fledged head of the educational institution. He fully reveals his potential as a scientist, teacher and manager. The main goal for her is to bring the university to a leading position in materials science, metallurgy, mining, nanotechnology and IT development.
She has published over 130 works of authorship, including textbooks, methodological instructions and research papers.
