Starting conditions
When there was no power called the Soviet Union on the world map, the question of how to live further arose sharply before the people. Both big leaders and ordinary citizens racked their brains over the problem that had arisen. The decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus on the appointment of Andrei Vladimirovich Kobyakov as Prime Minister turned out to be timely and well-grounded. By that time, the future head of government had all the necessary qualities to work in this position. Specialized education and experience in managing large industrial enterprises allowed him to solve any assigned tasks.
The future prime minister of Belarus was born on November 21, 1960 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents at that time lived in Moscow. My father served as a senior officer in the Air Force. The mother worked as a therapist in a polyclinic. When the child was three years old, the head of the family was transferred to a new duty station in the city of Minsk. Here Andrei graduated from high school. When it came time to choose a profession, he decided to follow in his father's footsteps. Having received a certificate of maturity, Kobyakov entered the famous Moscow Aviation Institute.
In public service
Having received higher education, Andrey Vladimirovich returned to Minsk. The production career of the young engineer began in the assembly shop of the Vavilov Mechanical Plant. Two years later, an enterprising and competent specialist was transferred with a promotion to the enterprise for the production of optical devices "Diaprojector", which is located in the city of Rogachev, Gomel region. A few years later, Kobyakov took the position of deputy director of the plant for economics. After 1991, when the Soviet Union collapsed, it was time to establish an independent economic system in Belarus.
In 1998, Andrei Vladimirovich was appointed chairman of the State Control Committee. To “stake out” your place on the international commodity market, you need to produce competitive goods. It was in this direction that Kobyakov concentrated his efforts. In difficult situations, he made bold decisions. The initiative and creativity of Kobyakov was appreciated in a timely manner, and in 2001 he was appointed to the post of deputy prime minister in the government. He was responsible for the banking sector and relations with the Russian Federation.
Recognition and privacy
For four years, Kobyakov served as Prime Minister of Belarus. In August 2018, he resigned. For his conscientious work, Andrei Vladimirovich was awarded the Orders of Fatherland and Honor.
Kobyakov's personal life turned out well. He is legally married. The husband and wife raised a son and a daughter. Andrei Vladimirovich loves when his grandchildren come to visit him.
