Staff. The required minimum is an accountant, a keeper responsible for exhibits and organizing exhibitions, a person with knowledge of computer technology and a cleaner. It is quite possible that you may need a restorer and a guide with knowledge of foreign languages.

Budget. It is necessary to describe the monthly expense items: staff salaries, utilities or rent, restoration of exhibits, purchase of new items for collections, site maintenance, printing services costs.
