If the phone breaks down (for reasons beyond your control), but the warranty period has not expired, you have the right to exchange the device for the corresponding product in the store where the purchase was made. In order for the phone to be replaced under warranty, you must fill in all the necessary documents.

Step 1
To change the phone under warranty, you need to take your passport and documents confirming that the product was purchased at such and such a time, and such and such a store. Check carefully if the warranty period has expired. Read in what cases the phone is subject to exchange. Present the necessary papers to the seller along with the phone that did not suit you.
Step 2
Please note that telephones are non-exchangeable. This means that you cannot exchange a high-quality phone for another device from the date of purchase within 14 days, due to the color, size, or lack of Internet access that did not suit you. In other words, use what product you purchased.
Step 3
You need to apply for a phone exchange only if you are sure that you are providing it in proper quality, without mechanical damage. Broke down - go straight to the store, in no case hope that you can fix everything yourself, if you are not an expert in this field.
Step 4
Make a written claim for a non-working machine. The letter must be in duplicate. Try to pass it on in front of witnesses. If you plan to exchange your phone, then you should not write a statement about the need for repair.
Step 5
Write consent to send your phone for examination. It is desirable that it be held in your presence. Otherwise, there may be traces that you allegedly tried to repair the phone yourself or deliberately filled the product with water.
Step 6
If for some reason they refuse to take an exchange application from you, refer to the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Rely on the articles outlined in the second chapter, especially articles 18 through 25. In order not to be unfounded, pick up this book, which must be in the store, and cite important points.
