Biography
Natalia Vetlitskaya was born in a simple Moscow family in 1964. Her mother loved to play the piano, and her father often attended the opera. All this affected the character and hobbies of the future artist. She studied at a music school, as well as a ballroom dance school, had a good ear and a pleasant voice. Natalia lived with the dream of becoming a singer or ballerina. The latter desire prevailed, and Vetlitskaya became a teacher in the ballet section, and she herself performed with the Recital troupe.
Natalia began her musical career by chance, when she was invited to become a dancer and backing vocalist in the Rondo group. At the same time, the leadership first of all noted the vocal abilities of the girl. She was even asked more than once to teach aspiring singers, and once Natalya was noticed by the director of the Mirage group, who immediately decided to put her in the place of Natalya Gulkina, who had recently dropped out of the project.
So in 1988, Natalya Vetlitskaya became a member of Mirage, and the very first composition of the collective, Music Tied Us, on which a video was also filmed, gained incredible popularity. The girl began to be recognized on the streets and asked for autographs. But a year later, the singer decided to leave the project to pursue a solo career. With the support of Igor Matvienko and Andrey Zuev, she released the album Look in the Eyes in 1992.
Vetlitskaya has become a real sex symbol of the 90s. She performed at numerous concerts and released hit after hit: "Soul", "Moon Cat", "I sewed a dress" and others. Also two more albums of the singer were released: "Playboy" and "Slave of Love". But after that, the sound of Vetlitskaya began to change, as she decided to experiment more. Not everyone liked this decision, and Vetlitskaya's popularity gradually declined. She released several more records until she finally decided to leave the stage.
Personal life
In the life of Vetlitskaya there were many high-profile novels. Pavel Smeyan became her first husband even before the start of her musical career, but the couple quickly broke up. Already being popular, Natalia converged with young and talented singers Dmitry Malikov and Zhenya Belousov. Natalia Vetlitskaya is also credited with novels with Pavel Vashchekin, Vlad Stashevsky and Suleiman Kerimov. Then the singer married the model Kiril Kirin, and after him - the yoga instructor Alexei. In this marriage, a daughter, Ulyana, was born.
Since 1999, Vetlitskaya has been known as a blogger and has repeatedly published high-profile articles on public topics in the press. She is currently divorced and lives with her daughter in Spain, but occasionally comes to Russia for the so-called secular parties.
