Starting conditions
According to one People's Artist, there are many signs and superstitions in the theatrical environment to this day. The famous theater and film actor Sergei Valerievich Kholmogorov was born on May 19, 1954 in a simple city family. Parents lived in the famous city of Solikamsk. My father worked at a construction site. The mother raised the children in kindergarten. The boy, like most of his peers, grew up and tempered in an ordinary environment - at home and on the street.
When Seryozha was seven years old, he was enrolled in the nearest secondary school. He studied well. Both humanitarian and natural disciplines were easy for him. Kholmogorov willingly took part in public events and amateur art shows. He was engaged in the SAMBO track and field athletics section. In high school, I accidentally found myself in a theater studio in the youth palace. And, unexpectedly for myself, I got carried away with the “process”. When the time came to choose a profession, Sergei decided to become an actor. On the advice of an experienced mentor, to receive a specialized education, he went to the capital of the Urals - the city of Sverdlovsk.
Professional activity
Student years flew by as one day, but Kholmogorov managed to accumulate a sufficient baggage of knowledge and skills. In 1977, the graduated actor on assignment enters the service in the drama theater of the city of Kaluga. The theatrical life, contrary to expectations, proceeded very rapidly here. Sergei was immediately introduced to the main repertoire performances. In some he played supporting roles, in others - the main ones. Three years later, the promising actor was invited to Nizhny Novgorod. In a large commercial and industrial center, the salaries of theater workers were noticeably higher.
Kholmogorov not only worked under the guidance of famous directors, but also nurtured his own ideas. In 1994 Sergei implements his Small Theater - Experiment project on the stage of the Vladimir Academic Drama Theater. Solo performances "Dog Waltz", "On the Verge of Love", "Benefit" performed by Kholmogorov received the recognition of the audience and the approval of critics. The popular actor began to be invited to cinematic projects. In 2004 he starred in the film "The Moscow Saga". This was followed by regular invitations to roles in films and TV shows.
Recognition and privacy
At the final stage of the creative path, it is customary to count awards and prizes, successful roles and pleasant tours. Kholmogorov's film career was quite successful. According to rough estimates, he "completed" almost two hundred projects. One of the iconic roles was played in the film “Donbass. Outskirts ".
Sergei Valerievich does not issue certificates about his personal life. Once he was legally married. But the husband and wife broke up after a short period of time. It was in my early youth. Today Kholmogorov lives alone.
