A receipt in a simple written form, which at first glance does not seem to be of great importance, in fact, a very important tool in the settlement of property disputes and is accepted for consideration by the courts. Even if you do not want to conclude a loan agreement, just issue a receipt, this will secure your relationship with the lender or borrower and will be able to avoid unnecessary trouble. There are no special rules for issuing a receipt, but there are features that are best followed when drawing up a document.
Instructions
Step 1
In the center of the sheet write the name of the document "Receipt", under the title indicate the nature of the receipt "in receipt of money for the car" (apartment or other valuables).
Step 2
In the main part of the receipt, write the full name, passport details of the lender and the borrower, with full decoding and indicating the address of residence.
Indicate the loan amount in numbers and in words, write for what or on what conditions the specified amount was received.
Step 3
In the final part, put the signatures of the parties (with a transcript) and the date of the receipt.
