The training of career officers has much in common with the training program for civil servants. This explains the large number of retired military personnel in the structures of municipal government. Alexey Pashkov graduated from the military-political academy at one time.
Starting conditions
Politicians and social planners continue to debate whether Russia needs a professional army. It is not possible to find a definite answer in such disputes. Alexey Anatolyevich Pashkov in his youth decided to become a professional military man. In his biography, it is noted that he served for more than 15 years in various positions in the Soviet and then in the Russian army. The change in the name did not change the management and command functions. After his dismissal from the ranks of the armed forces, Colonel Pashkov found himself in demand in the "civilian world" as a management specialist.
The future officer was born on July 19, 1962 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents at that time lived in the city of Barnaul. My father worked on the railroad. The mother was engaged in the upbringing of children in kindergarten. In childhood and adolescence, Alexei did not stand out among his peers. I studied well at school. Participated in social events. I did sports. Fulfilled the norm of a candidate for master of sports in cross-country skiing. He joined the Komsomol on time. When the time came to choose a profession, he firmly decided to get a specialized education at the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School.
Professional activity
In 1983, Pashkov graduated with honors from the school. The young lieutenant was sent to a duty station in the southernmost point of the Soviet Union, the famous city of Kushka. The native Siberian had to get used to the sweltering heat and sandstorms. Three years later, an already experienced officer was transferred to Transbaikalia. Aleksey Anatolyevich's commanding career was developing successfully. After several years of service in remote garrisons, he was transferred to the post of commander of a unit stationed in the Moscow region. The senior officer was given an apartment in the city of Lyubertsy.
When the deadline for dismissal from the army approached, Pashkov decided that he would not "sit out" in retirement. During the period of service, he was systematically engaged in the training and education of personnel. In Lyubertsy, a military pensioner was offered to work as a director of a secondary school. Alexey Anatolyevich agreed. Four years later, he was appointed first deputy head of the Vykhino-Zhulebino district council. In all positions, Pashkov performed the functions assigned to him strictly within the framework of the current legislation.
Recognition and privacy
It is not so easy to manage the allotted part of the territory of a big city. In April 2015, the mayor of the capital appointed Alexei Pashkov to the post of prefect of the Northwestern District of Moscow.
The personal life of a municipal employee has developed well. Pashkov married while still in his last year of military school. Since then, husband and wife have lived under the same roof. The Pashkovs raised and raised two children.
