Step 1
To pay a fine for an offense without a receipt, contact any division of Sberbank of Omsk. Explain that you need to pay a traffic ticket. Then pay the money in the amount of the fine to the cashier and receive a receipt printed by the bank operator.
Step 2
To pay the fine and receive a receipt, refer to the official website of the UGIBDD in the Omsk region. Website address: https://55.gibdd.ru/. In the upper right corner, find the "My fines" field. Entering this section, enter your data, and you will be provided with information on unpaid fines for the first half of 2011. Print out a receipt with your fine and sign. Now contact any branch of Omsk Sberbank and pay the amount of the fine.
Step 3
If circumstances have developed in such a way that several months have passed since the receipt of the fine, and you still have not paid the receipt, then events will develop in the following order. You will receive a registered letter by mail containing the order-receipt issued by the bailiff. Having received such a letter, contact the nearest branch of Omsk Sberbank, pay according to the receipt the amount of the fine and penalty in the amount of ten percent. Then submit a receipt confirming payment to the Bailiffs Office in Omsk, where your case will be closed.
