You do not have to get out of the car, just lower the glass. The sentry must introduce himself to you and state the reason for the stop. Since for some time now, for a simple check of documents, you can only be stopped at a stationary traffic police post, either the inspector noticed an offense, or a car similar to yours is wanted, or someone from the people in the car seemed suspicious to the law enforcement representative.

If a violation has taken place, and you yourself know about it, it makes no sense to argue and "download the rights". It is better to admit your guilt, in which case the inspector will confine himself to a warning, or apply minimal sanctions.

If there was no offense, and the traffic police officer insists on the opposite, draw up a protocol. Ask to mark on the document that you disagree with the opinion of the inspector. Adhere to the same position during the analysis and, if necessary, at the trial. Remember that the disagreement of the person suspected of breaking the rules is always interpreted in favor of the driver. As soon as you say that you drove into the oncoming lane / parked in the wrong place / overtook where it is prohibited, because you did not know / did not see the signs, you will be found guilty.
