Elena Kondulainen was born in 1958 in the small village of Toksovo, located in the Leningrad Region. She is of Russian-Finnish origin. The girl's father, who was not ashamed of his nationality, was not loved in the village, therefore Elena often found herself under the ridicule of her peers. No one imagined that a modest excellent student, loving animals and attending a music school, would become one of the most liberated actresses in Russian cinema.
After school, Elena Kondulainen entered the St. Petersburg Institute of Music and Cinema. In the early 1990s, censorship in Russian cinema began to weaken. Kondulainen played one of the roles in the film One Hundred Days Until the Order, starring completely naked in several scenes.
