Step 1
"The Pursuit of Happiness" (2006). The film is based on real events. In the center of the plot is the story of the difficult life of a classic loser who tries to do everything possible to feed his son, and as a result he will be disappointed. He tries with all his might to make his child happy, but the money he earned is not even enough to pay for the apartment. This film helps you to look at your life and understand that you cannot give up under any circumstances. You need to go to your goal, no matter what the difficulties, and the success story of Chris Gardner is an excellent proof of this.
Step 2
"127 hours" (2010). The film is based on a real story that happened to the amateur climber Aaron Ralston. He, without saying a word to anyone, went to the canyon, where an accident happened to him and he collapsed into a crevice. The film is instructive and incredibly touching at the same time. The will to live, faith in the best and endless hope of salvation - all this helped the main character to survive and, in spite of everything, continue to do what he loved in his life.
Step 3
"Hachiko: The Most Loyal Friend" (2008). A piercing film about the friendship between a dog and a person. An extraordinary devotion that even death could not break. The plot is based on a real story that literally shook the whole world. Sincere friendship and affection that cannot leave the viewer indifferent. Much in this film cannot be described in words, it just needs to be watched.
Step 4
Pay Another (2000). An ordinary boy came up with a simple way to change the world: one person must help three others on the condition that they, in turn, will do good to three more strangers. The film is very sad, and the ending makes the audience cry, but the effect of watching is simply amazing. You should not look for the cause of your troubles in others, you should just try to make this world a little kinder, and you should start with yourself.
Step 5
Gran Torino (2008). A Clint Eastwood film that tells the story of a lonely old man living in his declining years in an area filled with Asians. As a veteran of the Korean Won, he is not at all happy with this state of affairs. However, he has to make friends with his neighbors, he was especially fond of the boy Tao. The film evokes many emotions and makes you think. In all life circumstances, a person must remain a person: loving, moral and just.
Step 6
"1 + 1" (2011). After an accident, the paralyzed millionaire Philip is looking for a nurse. As a result, he hires a person who is not at all suitable for this role. A former prisoner, a rude black guy, without special education and work experience, was able to become for Philip exactly the person who brought him back to life. A sincere friendship is struck between them. They simply cannot do without each other anymore. This interesting and touching film makes you think about a lot. In any situation, you can find a way out, you need not to give up, even if you are confined to a wheelchair and it seems that nothing good will happen in life.
