First, as soon as an incident occurs, you need to immediately stop the car and turn on the alarm.

Secondly, it is necessary to find witnesses of the accident, because this will help in the investigation of the accident and determine its culprit. It will be useful to find out that your wife, friend and any other person who was with you at the time of the accident and who is able to provide the necessary information about what happened can testify in your favor (since there is no such definition as an "interested person" in the legislation).

Third, identify the location of the accident: shield braking marks and other items related to the accident; place an emergency stop sign at a distance of at least 15 meters.

You should also report the incident to the traffic police and the insurance company (if necessary).
