It is much worse when neighbors constantly draw attention to themselves: noisy night feasts, constant floods, domestic animals, etc. Then only one question begins to torment us - how to find justice for them.

If your neighbors regularly arrange night parties, make noise, interfere with your rest, then you can contact the law enforcement agencies by calling 02. In this case, a district police officer will come to the troublemakers. This fact of violation does not imply the presence of witnesses. True, it is not in your power to severely punish neighbors for too noisy behavior, they will get off with a remark or an administrative fine.
Step 2
What an apartment without renovation! Repairs are normal. But some neighbors have never-ending renovations. This is especially inconvenient for you if the noisy sounds of repairs come from the neighbors' apartment at the wrong time - at night or on weekends. By law, repairs, in particular noisy ones, can only be done on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm. On weekends, knocking, drilling and breaking is prohibited. In this case, you can also contact the police.
Step 3
In the event of any flood, you should call specialists from your house management, who must confirm the fact of flooding and draw up a protocol after the fact. Understand the reason for the flood: is it the fault of the neighbors or the cause of the flood - dilapidated communications. To estimate the cost of the damage caused, you should call an independent appraiser who is licensed to work. After that, the perpetrators of the flood are obliged to reimburse you for the full cost of the damage. If they do not voluntarily do this, your right to go to court with the conclusion of the evaluation commission.
Step 4
There are people who, in a city apartment, try to breed a huge number of dogs or cats, disregarding the neighbors' dissatisfaction with the noise and smell. If the number of animals in the apartment is too large, you have every right to contact the sanitary and epidemiological authorities for help.
