Step 1
Earlier, service in the internal affairs bodies was regulated by the Law "On the Police", respectively, the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were police officers. In February 2011, the Police Law was adopted, which came into force on March 1, 2011. To serve in the new body, employees had to pass an extraordinary certification. The successfully passed militiamen continued their service as policemen.

Police officers have a number of additional rights and responsibilities compared to ordinary citizens. In this regard, not everyone who wishes can be hired to serve in the police, and only the employee who was dismissed of his own free will, and not for negative reasons, can recover in it. For example, if a former employee of the authorities was fired for absenteeism, drunkenness or abuse of office, he will never be able to recover. An employee who is dismissed at his own request can again submit a report on his acceptance to the internal affairs bodies, if he does not reach the age of 35.

In addition, the Regulation on Service in the Internal Affairs Bodies provides for the following requirements for candidates: mandatory presence of Russian citizenship, no previous convictions, as well as criminal prosecution, full legal capacity

To be restored to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, write a statement with a request to review the documents. Next, fill out a questionnaire and an autobiography, in which you must indicate your activities after dismissal from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Prepare a passport, a diploma of graduation from a higher or secondary specialized institution and a military ID (if any). Submit all documentation to the HR department. After that, the employee of the personnel department will send a request for the provision of your personal file at the previous duty station. Sometimes a personal matter goes to the addressee up to six months. During this time, go through the medical commission at the place of residence.
Step 5
After submitting all the documentation, checking it and receiving an affirmative answer, the clerk will issue you a referral to the Medical Military Medical Commission (VVK), the result of which is a conclusion about your suitability for serving in the police. IHC, in addition to your physical condition, also checks your mental abilities by conducting tests at the center for psychophysiological diagnostics.
Step 6
After passing the VVK, pass the standards for physical culture: running - 1 km, shuttle white and pull-up. While you are undergoing a medical examination and passing physical education standards, the personnel department will check your information specified in your biography, questionnaire, and also carry out a check at your place of residence.
Step 7
At the final stage, sign a contract for service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
