Many citizens liable for military service are concerned about how to pick up their military ID from the commissariat. Step 1
If you have already turned 27 years old, and you were on the military register at the place of stay (residence), and did not shy away from serving in the army (i.e. appeared at the military commissariat on all summons received against receipt), but did not serve in the army having legal delays and circumstances, you can easily get a military ticket to the military registration and enlistment office at your place of residence or place of temporary stay in person. The term for issuing a document is from two weeks to one month. In addition, you will need to write an appropriate application asking for a military ID to be issued to you.
Step 2
Attach a photocopy of your passport and education certificate to your application. You will also need to additionally undergo a medical examination to determine the category of your fitness for military service. Also provide two black and white photos, 3x4, no corner, matte, and attributed (if you have one).

In other circumstances, a different outcome is possible. In the case of contacting the military commissariat for obtaining a military ID in case of deliberate evasion from military service, including deliberate evasion from receiving a summons, as well as failure to appear at the military registration and enlistment office with a signed summons, etc., it is even possible to bring to criminal liability, since the statute of limitations for this crime ends when citizens reach the age of 29 years.
Step 4
If, when passing a medical examination at the military commissariat, you were found to be limited fit or unfit, by the decision of the draft board, you are exempted from conscription and you will be enrolled in the reserve. The date of issue of the military ID will be set. There are many problems and circumstances, and each of them is solved individually.
