“O great, mighty, truthful and free Russian language! Don't be you - how not to fall into despair at the sight of everything that is happening at home? Many years have passed since I. S. Turgenev uttered these words, but even now there is something to fall into despair: either the reorganization of education, the reform of the Russian language, or the Unified State Exam failed. Meanwhile, a generation of people is growing up in the virtual world for whom their native language is inconsistent phrases without commas and grammatical foundations. And how to protect this repository of the Russian spirit and genetic memory from impoverishment?
Instructions
Step 1
1. Speak Russian.
International relations do not stand still, linguistic ties are expanding and multiplying in various spheres of human activity, which is why borrowings are proliferating. Their use should not be avoided in panic, since many phenomena were first identified in the language of the pioneering country (well, we did not invent logistics, hip-hop, jazz), but you should not abuse "overseas gifts" either.
Foreign words often have Russian counterparts that settle outside the limits of verbal communication, because it is great to boast of knowledge of foreign words in a conversation. Meanwhile, for the Russian ear, they have much less weight than their relatives. Agree “killer” and “murderer” differ in emotional coloring: if the former gives off a book-film fiction, then it penetrates right through from the latter. Exotic "carving" turns out to be a familiar and familiar carving. The fashionable word "hobby" is a sincere Russian "hobby" for business, which takes away (carries away) from everyday life.
Such linguistic deviations, called barbarisms, easily take root in speech, with their help the speaker hopes to show off erudition, make an impression, and sometimes show off. But the effect can be ridiculously opposite.
Step 2
2. Speak Russian correctly.
Be a good example for the younger generation! You should practice your native language intelligently and competently. There are norms and rules that must be respected, because they are a guarantee of the longevity of the Russian language.
His vocabulary is multi-layered and multi-valued. It's good if you are familiar with all its stylistic richness. But this does not give a reason to pronounce any word in any speech situation! Literacy is precisely about unmistakably determining the appropriateness of the words used: vernacular should not be used in the report on the decline in the population of the jerboa.
The well-known rules of the school curriculum should not be broken either: you cannot knock out anything written with a pen with an ax. Especially when it's a resume for a good job.
Despite the unprecedented liberalism of the recent reforms of the Russian language, still remember: in the word "indulge" the emphasis is on the third syllable, and in "blinds" - on the last.
Step 3
3. Speak Russian abroad.
Even if you are a polyglot and live abroad without getting out, you still have at least 1-2 Russian-speaking interlocutors. So do not neglect the opportunity to once again feel the taste of your native language. Perhaps this is the last thing that connects you with your homeland and the memory of your ancestors.
Decently communicate in a foreign language can only be one who speaks Russian smartly, understands the principles of the language functioning, knows how to beautifully and naturally find the right words.
Do not be ashamed of new compatriots, even if they do not understand why you need Russian abroad. Apostasy from their roots would have scared them even more. Introduce them to your culture, speak with them in different languages and learn to understand each other. May interlanguage communication flourish.
Foster bilingualism in your children, who have a different homeland with you, so as not to become for them the personification of an alien, hostile culture.
As long as you cherish and remember the Russian language, Russia is with you anywhere in the world.
