Starting conditions

Accidents play a certain role in the fate of every person. Sometimes "comrade case" opens up prospects for development and prosperity. Often it happens in another way. Tatyana Viktorovna Lysenko was born on October 9, 1983 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the small town of Bataysk on the territory of the Rostov region. None of them went in for sports. My father worked at an electromechanical plant. Mother taught geography at school. The girl grew up under normal conditions. She did not stand out from her peers in any way. But by the senior classes she grew up and became physically stronger.

It is interesting to note that Tanya did not show much interest in sports activities. In physical education lessons, she showed good results in running and jumping. She loved to play basketball and volleyball. Once, when the class was studying at the school stadium, the girl was noticed by an experienced hammer throw coach named Beloborodov. I noticed and invited to the section. Tatiana was interested in the offer, and she agreed to come to the installation training. The first classes did not cause rejection and Lysenko, as they say, got involved. After a while, she began to show good results. Participate in competitions and bring home awards.

Recovery from disqualification

Experts are well aware that even talented athletes need the right training. This also applies to the technique of performing exercises, and adherence to the diet, and preparation for the competition. In 2005, Lysenko reached a sufficient level of preparation to perform at international competitions. In the summer, at the Russian Championship, she broke the world record, which was held for more than six years. In September, at the World Championships in Helsinki, Tatiana won a bronze medal. In the spring of 2007, she set a new world record at a competition in Sochi. However, doping was found in her samples and the result was canceled. Moreover, they were disqualified for two years.

Lysenko did not participate in the 2008 Olympics and returned to the throwing sector only in 2009. The recovery proceeded effortlessly. But it took a while to regain its former shape. At the 2010 European Championships in Barcelona, Tatiana took second place. Further, the champion's career developed without deviations. At the 2011 World Championships in South Korean Daegu - gold. At the 2013 World Championships in Moscow - gold. At this stage, the famous athlete decided to take a break.
