For most of its history, Russia was considered an agrarian country. It is this idea that Andrei Guskov voices and recalls everywhere. A well-known public figure, head of the movement “Man. Land. Russia”was born on June 16, 1969 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents at that time lived in the famous city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. My father worked as a civil engineer in the regional management of land reclamation. His mother, a biologist by profession, headed a quality control laboratory at a soft drink production facility.
An older brother was already growing up in the house, who, after graduating from school, left for Leningrad and received a higher special education at the Electrotechnical Institute. Andrei grew up as a lively and energetic boy. I studied well at school. He took an active part in social life and sports events. His favorite subjects were physics and mathematics. Having received a certificate in 1986, he left for the city on the Neva and entered the same institute that his brother graduated from. At the time when Guskov was defending his diploma, the distribution of young specialists to enterprises and organizations was canceled.
Business and social activities
Since electrical specialists were not in demand by the market economy, Guskov accepted the offer and underwent training in banking and stock exchange. He worked for several years in a commercial bank. Having gained sufficient experience, Andrey initiated the creation of the investment company Optimal Investment Technologies. At the beginning of the 2000s, he took part in the project to create the Astrakhan Shipping Company. After successful completion, in 2004, he moved to Moscow and headed the company "Chemservice".
After a while, Guskov drew attention to the state of fertile lands in the European part of the country. Most of them were in disrepair. As it turned out later, this problem worried many caring people. Including Andrey's business partners. In 2007, he took the initiative and registered the holding company Zemproekt. Three years later, he became the head of the Russian Resettlement Movement. Guskov never tires of repeating at all levels and events that it is impossible to raise Russia from its knees without the revival of the earth.
Recognition and privacy
Creativity and an active life position allowed Guskov to become a member of the expert council under the Committee on Agrarian Issues of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Giving a lot of energy and time to public affairs, Andrei does not forget about the house. He described his personal life in detail in his autobiographical book "Confession of Victory". The author of the book and large-scale projects lives in legal marriage. The husband and wife are raising and raising three daughters.
