Such an opportunity is provided to everyone who wants to ask for help in considering issues that are not resolved at other levels of government. The letter can be sent by mail or electronically using a special service on the Internet. Of course, it must meet certain requirements.
Instructions
Step 1
To get started, choose the most convenient option for sending a letter, based on the sender's capabilities and wishes. It is not uncommon for people who are unable to use e-mail or who find it safer to send a message by regular mail for the address.
Step 2
For a postal message, indicate the following address on the envelope: 103132, Moscow, Russia, st. Ilyinka, 23. Write the text of the letter by hand or type on the computer. Of course, the printed form of the appeal is preferable, but in writing it will be accepted for consideration. The requirements for the text of the message can be found on the website https://letters.kremlin.ru/. The main one is to indicate your own surname, name and patronymic, postal address for communication.
Step 3
You can send an email by following the link https://letters.kremlin.ru/send. Here you need to fill out a special form in which you will be asked to fill in the active fields, answering standard questions. You will need to provide your surname, first name, e-mail address, indicate the country and region, select the addressee (president or presidential administration), the subject of the appeal and place the text of the letter (up to 2000 characters). And besides, you can attach a file that will help reveal the essence of your appeal
Step 4
Check the status of your request by going to the help page https://letters.kremlin.ru/status. Here you can, by filling in the active fields of a small questionnaire, send a request on the progress of consideration of your letter to the Office of the President of the Russian Federation. The answer will be sent to your email address specified in the request.
