To eliminate this, there is an institution of statements or complaints about these actions or inaction. When submitting these documents, certain rules and regulations must be followed.

Instructions

Step 1

Decide on the topic of the complaint or statement under consideration. Depending on how it is interpreted, the form of writing can be different. A statement of claim, for example, is written according to the same scheme, but an administrative complaint already looks different. Adhere to the general rules of writing and state in the upper right corner the details of the organization or the initials of the head indicating the position, legal address of the location, the name of the applicant, his location and address (actual).

Step 2

Write the word "statement" with a capital letter in the middle of the sheet. Further, an example is allowed: "a statement of inheritance", "a complaint about the unlawful influence of a traffic police officer"). Stick to the logical content of your complaint or statement, this is an important part. 4 parts are conventionally distinguished: introductory, descriptive, motivational and operative. The first one indicates in connection with what the complaint is being filed, what legal relationship was violated. The descriptive part is devoted to the reproduction of the circumstances that actually occurred at a specific time. The motivation part speaks about the arguments that may underlie the final decision on the person's appeal. The operative part illustrates the result, that is, on the basis of which articles of normative acts the application is submitted, the requirement of the interested person regarding the consideration of a specific fact and the possibility of reallocating costs (for claims and administrative complaints).

Step 3

Write a statement strictly in form and content, if it is legalized by special regulations of the federal and regional levels. In such cases, there is a strict dependence, and an application or complaint submitted in a partially free form will not be allowed for consideration. The consequences of this incident are the return of the application to the interested person with an indication of the period during which it is necessary to bring the formal party in line with the standards. As a rule, a certified letter with notification is sent to the name of the applicant.

Step 4

Fill out at the end of the application or application complaint, if any. These include regulations, certificates, receipts, written evidence confirming the correctness of the applicant. This information should be provided with the application.
