Daria was born on May 7, 1997 in Togliatti. She became the second child in the family. Already at the age of six, the girl began to take a great interest in tennis. For the first time, her elder brother Alexander brought her to the sports section of this sport. And when Alexander noticed that Dasha grasps everything on the fly, he persuaded her parents to give the girl to professionals. From that moment, Kasatkina's sports career began.
