Radu Sirbu is a former frontman of the famous group O-zone. After the group disbanded, Radu continued his own musical career as a music producer. He opened a recording studio, making a large number of songs and remixes for performers. He composes poetry and music for songs in his native Romanian, British and Russian.
Childhood and youth
Radu Sirbu was born on December 14, 1978 in Moldova (Peresechina village, Orhei region). The future artist spent his childhood in his native village and studied at a secondary school in the city of Orhei. Then the Sirbu family (dad - Aleksey Ivanovich, mother - Evgenia Georgievna, brother - Aleksey) moved to the city of Balti, where Radu finished the ninth grade and returned to his native village the same year. In 1996 he graduated from a secondary educational institution. I first got acquainted with music at the age of sixteen, picking up a guitar. In the tenth and eleventh grades, Radu worked as a DJ at discos.

Music Conservatory
After graduating from secondary school, Radu Sirbu entered the faculty of "Musical Pedagogy" of the Chisinau Music Conservatory, where he practiced academic singing. At the same time he participated in a rock group from the city of Orhei and worked as a vocal teacher at the Center for Children's Creativity.
O-Zone group
In 2001, one member Petru left the famous group in Romania. Director Dan Balan announced the casting. Radu decided to try his hand, came to the group qualifier and was lucky. The young singer was accepted into the group. The collective gained worldwide popularity in the year two thousand and four. Participants Arseniy Toderash, Dan Balan and Radu Sirbu never dreamed of such a triumph. In 2005, the group ceased to exist.
Composer and poet
Having made a name for himself in Europe, Radu began a solo career. In the summer of 2005, he finished producing the album of his buddy Mahai, who began singing their joint songs "Dulce" and "Pop". In May 2006, Radu released his solo album "Alone". He composed poetry and music for songs not only in his native Romanian, but also in English and Russian. In 2006, Radu opened a personal recording studio and began active work on the upcoming plan. He worked incessantly in the studio. In 2008 he released the 1st song "Single lady", which soared to the top of the Romanian charts and quickly conquered the European music market. In two thousand and nine, a video for this song was released. In 2013 he composed a song for the singer Natalia Barbu. In 2016 he released the rock single "When Love Is Gone". In 2020, together with his wife Ana, he recorded the song "Answer".
Personal life
The musician's wife Ana. Radu met her when she was only 16 years old. Ana is an assistant to her spouse in her musical career, in addition, she has a personal business in exterior design. The couple have wonderful two daughters and a son.
