Many people in St. Petersburg know the Leona stage photo studio, owned by business lady Anna Kondratyeva. However, this studio is not the only project of the talented entrepreneur. She heads a whole group of companies called LeonaFamily.
When asked why Leona, she replies that the lioness is the protector of her children, the lion's loyal friend and is strong and courageous in herself. In order to survive in modern business, not to get lost as a woman and not to overshadow personal life, you need to be just that - multifaceted. This is Kondratyeva's credo.
Biography
Anna Kondratyeva was born in Leningrad, grew up here and received an education. She had a completely ordinary family, and there was no sign that such a talented person would grow up here.
Mom still wonders where her daughter's abilities come from. Anna herself does not know, because as a child she had no craving for entrepreneurship. But there was a craving for beauty. Actually, her first business grew out of this interest.
First experience
After a trip to Italy, where literally every home has a beauty salon, Anna decided to open a manicure and pedicure salon. However, it was somewhat different from the usual similar establishments - a narrow specialization was initially declared here. Now it is quite a successful salon with a constant stream of satisfied customers.
Then there were new projects, and they all grew out of observations of life and personal needs. For example, during pregnancy, Anna and her husband went to a photo session in the studio and saw how inconvenient and “wrong” everything there is, if we talk about women in a position. And then the idea was born: to create a Leona stage photo studio for pregnant women and their families. Anna enthusiastically set to work, and now many St. Petersburg residents and guests of the city use the services of the studio.
During the implementation of her projects, Kondratyeva faced many difficulties, problems and lack of knowledge. She studied a lot on her own to run a science business, attended webinars and trainings. And when I got enough knowledge and experience, I decided to open the LeonaUpGreat women's business school.
Here, aspiring entrepreneurs learn the first steps in their business. Kondratyeva attracted successful business women, psychologists, oratory trainers and other professionals to teach.
Anna herself tells the students of her school about marketing. She is convinced that any business should start with marketing research that will show the target audience and the relevance of the product. And in Russia, they do the opposite: first they make a product, and then they look for someone to sell it to. At LeonaUpGreat, girls receive a full-fledged primary business education.
Personal life
Anna finds inspiration for all her projects in the family: in her husband and two children. She believes that children are the main thing for a woman to do and what to invest in. She was very lucky with her husband - he is her like-minded person and partner in all matters.
