If your relative was taken to one of the city hospitals by ambulance in your absence, you can find out which medical institution he was taken to in various ways.
Instructions
Step 1
Get a telephone directory and call the waiting rooms of all hospitals in your city. Sometimes patient information can be obtained from the hospital referral service, which, however, only operates during office hours or during office hours.
Step 2
Contact the ambulance service by phone "03". Introduce yourself and try to find out which hospital your relative was taken to. If you are refused to provide such information, ask the operator to dictate to you the telephone number of the "Single reference service" ambulance, if there is one in your city.
Step 3
You can also call the ambulance stations located in your city. Talk to the doctor on duty and try to find out where they could take your relative, or at least find out which hospitals have so-called urgent days (days on which emergency medical care is provided) today.
Step 4
Contact a paid medical referral service. There are such services in almost all major Russian cities. They have a constantly updated database of all hospital patients, including those who were taken by ambulance.
Step 5
If you are a resident of Moscow, refer to the website of the Department of Health - www.mosgorzdrav.ru, where there is reference information (phone numbers and addresses) especially for those citizens who want to know about the fate of their loved ones. If you live in another city, try visiting the city's or the Department of Health's website to find out the addresses or phone numbers you need
Step 6
If your relative was taken away in an ambulance unconscious and without documents, you will have to organize your search on your own. Write down all the addresses and phone numbers of local hospitals from the telephone directory on a separate sheet, or save them in the memory of your mobile phone. Call one of the hospitals on the list and ask if undocumented citizens were delivered to them on that day or the day before. If not, keep searching until you are answered in the affirmative. Go to the hospital and after calling the emergency room specialist the signs of your relative, find out if this is the person.
