Friday namaz is a collective afternoon prayer for Muslims held on Fridays. It is compulsory for all men. Women, children and infirm people are not required to attend. Friday is considered a holy day of the week, a holiday for Muslims.
Instructions
Step 1
Get ready for Friday with Thursday's pre-sunset prayer. It is advisable to bless the Prophet at least 300 times during the night. Fast on Thursday and Friday. Give voluntary donations, try to please loved ones, visit relatives, especially parents, visit the sick, go to the graves of loved ones, prepare delicious food for guests and relatives.
Step 2
At dawn on Friday, do your personal hygiene - complete a ritual bath, trim your hair and nails, perfume, and put on clean formal clothes. If possible, go to a meeting and listen to scholars and theologians.
Step 3
Go early for Friday prayer. According to the hadith, a much greater reward is given to those who come early. Try to take a front row seat. Friday collective namaz contributes to the unity and unification of Muslims, strengthening the bonds of brotherhood. It also serves as an atonement for the sins a Muslim committed during the week.
Step 4
Try not to step over other people when you walk into the front rows. It is undesirable to talk, eat and drink in the mosque. During Friday prayer, Muslims are prohibited from engaging in trade and other business until the end of the prayer.
Step 5
The form of performing the Friday prayer: - performing the four-raka'at sunnat prayer; - listening to the sermon and understanding the actions and actions that benefit in this and the next world; - performing two rak'ahs; - performing a four-raka'at Sunnat prayer. Raka'at is the order of words and actions that make up a Muslim prayer. Each rak'ah includes one bow and two bows to the ground. Each of the 5 obligatory Friday prayers consists of a different number of rak'ahs.
Step 6
Namaz is assigned only to adult, healthy men. A weak, sick, elderly, disabled person need not come to prayer. The presence of the main imam of the mosque or his deputies is mandatory. Namaz should be performed in the largest mosque in the city, where there is enough space for everyone.
