Hill Harper (real name Frank Eugene Harper) is an American theater and film actor, screenwriter, director, producer, writer and businessman. Popularity came to him in the 90s of the last century. Harper played his most famous roles in the films: "The Good Doctor", "Area of Darkness", "Cool Walker", "C. S. I.: Crime Scene Investigation", "Secret Liaisons", "The Sopranos".

The boy was born in the US state of Iowa, in the spring of 1966. His father worked as a psychiatrist. Mom was one of the first African American women in the United States to get a job as an anesthesiologist.
