International telephone communication allows you to stay in touch with your business partners, clients and just people close to you and dear to you, regardless of the distance separating you.
Instructions
Step 1
Dial 8 - long distance access code. By doing this, you confirm that the call is not local.
Step 2
Wait for a long dial tone and dial 10. This indicates that the call will be international. The international access code may be different for different operators.
Step 3
Without waiting for a dial tone, dial the international dialing code for France - 33. Thus, you get into the internal telephone network of France.
Step 4
Select the area code for France. It should be borne in mind that there are only five zones in France: 01 - Paris and Ile-de-France, 02 - North-West, 03 - North-East, 04 - South-East and Corsica, 05 - South-West.
Step 5
Dial your local 8-digit number in France.
Step 6
When calling from a mobile phone in Russia to a mobile registered in France, dial + 33 and the French mobile number. In this case, the "+" sign is used to replace the dialing 8-10, produced from a landline phone.
Step 7
When calling from a landline phone in Russia to a mobile registered in France, dial 8 - dial tone - 10 - 33 - mobile number.
Step 8
When calling within France, dial the area code and the eight-digit local number for the subscriber.
Step 9
Please note that numbers starting with 06 are the internal mobile numbers of French subscribers and are subject to the French mobile dialing rules (i.e. +33 is the mobile number of the called subscriber).
