Instructions
Step 1
To get started, you need to fill out an application form in your district department of social protection. Instructions for filling out are on the back of the questionnaire, you can also use the help of an employee of the Office. At the time of filling out the form, you will be photographed for free. If you have a 3x4 photo, you can provide it.
Step 2
Together with the application form, you provide your passport, compulsory health insurance policy, pension insurance certificate and documents that confirm your right to social support.
Step 3
After completing the application form, you will receive a temporary social ticket. This ticket is valid for 30 days and is valid for reduced fares on public transport.
Step 4
After 15 days, you will need to get your social card from your district Social Welfare Office where you submitted your application form.
